Relationship Coach

My mission is to guide couples towards a harmonious relationship in which each and every day they will feel joy.

I am Cristiana State, life coach and psychologist, specialising in relationship coaching.

For those who want to find balance and strength, and then have the energy and ability to be  truly present in their partner’s life, I recommend a coaching process based on a clear structure.

Every successful relationship needs:

A harmonious relationship involves first connecting to one’s true self, followed by (re)connecting to the partner.

I offer personalised coaching programs.

These are designed for both the individual or for couples.

The coaching is aimed at the specific needs and goals of the client/couple (some possible examples can be found on the Train with me page) and at the same time aims at the personal development of the partners!

The PIE Model

I consider that the three mental processes (sensorial – cognitive – affective) are essential in the way we develop and relate and I call the structure based on these three pillars “The PIE Model“, my tulip.

I apply the PIE Model (Physical – Intellectual – Emotional) in the coaching process, to balance and strengthen these three pillars in personal and interpersonal development. 

Working with me brings you clarity in the complex area of human relations.

In the coaching process, relationships, couple dynamics and interactions can be looked at from angles you may not have explored before.
Playful, with humour and metaphors, your life as a couple will evolve to bring you joy.

Let's get to know each other better

Every person and every couple has their own story and goes through stages of development, changes, and key moments, happy and sad, all of which leave a mark.

The secret is how we choose to grow through these experiences: by becoming strong, courageous, patient and more caring.

How can we work together?

I suggest the following types of training

Workshop - What does a normal, loving day look like?

Interaction: Group of 10-12 persons

Subjects: How do I listen? How do I communicate? What do I transmit when I am silent? How are emotions formed? Love languages – What is my love language? What about my partner’s? What do I want?

Interaction: 1 to 1 or couples

Topics: Identifying personal and couple needs; A brief self-analysis of personal/relationship status; Identifying strengths (personal/partner); Identifying areas for improvement (personal/partner); Identifying love language (personal/partner);

Individual coaching process

Interaction: 1 to 1

Topics: Developing inner balance; Identifying strategies for functioning in relationships with other people; Discovering one’s own style of communicating, loving and relating; etc.

Couple coaching process

Interaction: 1 to 1 sessions followed by couple sessions;

Topics: Identifying individual motivation for the couple relationship; Identifying personal and couple goals; Adapting to new stages in the couple’s life; Discovering the communication, love and relationship style of both partners; Improving communication and relations between the couple.
